Services

Psychotherapy

I can meet with you in my physical office, or online for psychotherapy. 

Sessions usually last one hour for individuals, and 1 1/2 hours for couples. The frequency depends on need and preference on your part.

Mindfulness training

Our work can focus on developing a sustainable mindfulness practice through regular meetings with live meditation guidance, education and coaching. I will teach both formal and informal practices and provide resources to continue these at home. 

Coaching

I can meet with you online or via phone to identify your goals, explore what is holding you back, and find ways to move forward. 

Speaking

I offer lectures and workshops on mindfulness, stress resilience and dementia care.
