Compassion

Curiosity

Humor

Welcome. You found your way here.

Maybe you were just curious.

Or maybe:

* you’re here because there’s a gnawing feeling in the pit of your stomach,

a feeling that insists something needs to change, but you don’t quite know what, or how.

* your loved one received a diagnosis of dementia and you find yourself feeling increasingly stressed out, anxious or depressed.

* your relationship is no longer working, and you and your partner want to explore new, more fulfilling ways to be together.

* you’ve been struggling with anxiety or depression and can’t seem to find your way out.

* you’d like to learn more about how to navigate stress.

* you're yearning to unmask: you'd like to learn about your nervous system, how it really works and how you can support it.

* you'd like to learn more about how to intentionally move through menopause and step into true sovereignty.

Whatever brought you here, I welcome all of it. Here are a few things I believe in:

* In order to truly explore what is happening within you, we have to suspend any judgment and explore with compassionate curiosity.

* All of your parts are welcome, even necessary! Not just the pretty, presentable ones.

* Loss and trauma are not things people ‘get over’. Instead, the goal is to learn how to live with what happened (or is happening!), in a way that leads to a life that includes moments of ease and growth.

* Our inner and outer behavior patterns are in great part conditioned, and through neuroplasticity, you can create new ways to respond internally and externally.

* The story your body tells is important to tune in and listen to.

* Education is a first line intervention.

* Therapy is a collaborative process that happens in the context of compassion and radical acceptance of whatever presents.

May you be well

May you be healthy

May you be safe

May you be at ease
